Shipping Policy

Order Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing time: We process orders within 1-2 business days from our warehouse. 

Transportation time: After dispatch, the estimated delivery time varies based on the shipping method you choose, generally taking up to 10 days.

Please note that these are only estimated delivery times. Due to unclear order information, lead time, logistics, and other factors, the store cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

 

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

My order has already been shipped, but I need change my address - how can I do this?

We are sorry that alternations cannot be made to a shipped order. If it is still not shipped, please contact us under service@9Fox.net. to change your address and other shipping options. 

 

The tracking states that my package has been delivered, but I have not received anything yet. What can I do?

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. In this case we recommend you to contact your carrier first and find out what the status of your package is. It could be left with a neighbor or somewhere else. 

Please contact with us under service@9Fox.net. if the carrier customer service cannot help you and we will open a case as a missing package. 

 

Why have I only received part of my order?

Some of the items could be sent separately and the second (sometimes more) tracking number(s) cannot be displayed on the order page. In this case, please wait for 2-3 days and if the package still hasn't arrived after that, please contact us under service@9Fox.net.

 

Can I expedite my shipping?

If you need it by a specific date, please leave us a note at the check out page. We will try our best to arrange this for you.

If the date is too close and we cannot guarantee the delivery before this date, we will inform you of this and let you decide whether or not to keep this order.

Please be kindly noted that an expedition AFTER the order is placed or shipped is not possible.

 

I ordered the products for my trip but it arrived too late, and I don't need the products any more. Who will cover the return shipping cost?

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. We’re sorry that we wouldn’t cover the return fee.
